eBuSy & Account

We use eBuSy to book outdoor courts and the 3-court indoor hall. Setting up an account only takes a few minutes.

How to set up your account

1. Register: Go to treptower-teufel.ebusy.de and click “Register” in the top right corner.
2. Create your account: Follow the steps in the registration form.
3. Member activation: If you are a member, please send us a short email after registering at kontakt@treptower-teufel.de. We will then activate your account as a member.

Important for bookings

• Every booking must include a playing partner.
• You can select “Guest” as your playing partner.
• An outdoor court booking is only free of charge if both players are activated in the system as members.
• Indoor courts can only be booked via the indoor court booking module until and including 10 April 2026.

Prices 2026

Here you will find the prices for outdoor courts and the 3-court indoor hall during the 2026 outdoor season. All prices apply per court and hour.

Who can book when?

The key distinction is prime time.

Time period	Allowed setups
Prime time: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM until closing time, except on public holidays	member + member only
Outside prime time	member + member, member + guest, guest + guest

Booking Rules

The booking rules are designed to ensure that as many members as possible get fair access to courts. They apply to outdoor courts and the 3-court indoor hall.

Booking limits

• Maximum one booking per day: You can have a maximum of one booking per day.
• Your playing partner is also limited: Your playing partner can also have a maximum of one booking per day.
• Maximum 4 active bookings: You can have a maximum of 4 active bookings in total.
• Your playing partner is also limited: Your playing partner can also have a maximum of 4 active bookings in total.
• Maximum 3 open prime-time bookings: You can have a maximum of 3 open prime-time court reservations.
• Your playing partner is also limited: Your playing partner can also have a maximum of 3 open prime-time court reservations.

Timing and booking logic

• Booking duration: Bookings can only be made for 60 or 90 minutes.
• Gap before the previous booking: The gap before the previous booking must be either 0 minutes or at least 1 hour.
• Gap before the next booking: The gap before the next booking must be either 0 minutes or at least 1 hour.
• Advance booking: Bookings can be made a maximum of around 8 days in advance.
• With guests: Bookings with guests can be made a maximum of 4 days in advance.
• Weekends with guests: Weekend bookings with guests can be made a maximum of 36 hours in advance.
• Only one court per person: At the same time, only one court can be booked per person.
• Special rule at the beginning of April: Indoor courts can only be booked via the indoor court booking module until and including 10 April 2026.

If a court cannot be booked in the calendar, it is not available for play on site either.

Playing with Guests

Guest bookings are possible, but only outside prime time.

• Member + Guest: only allowed outside prime time.
• Guest + Guest: also only allowed outside prime time.
• Shorter advance booking window: Shorter advance-booking rules apply to bookings with guests.
• Playing partner required: Every booking must include a playing partner; “Guest” can be selected here.

Free Court, Free Play

If courts are free and not booked, members may use them at any time, regardless of the booking rules. The decisive factor is always that the court is not reserved or otherwise blocked.

Booking Forfeiture

The right to a booked court expires if 10 minutes after the start of the booking no one has arrived on court. In that case, the court may be used by other members without a booking.

This rule also applies in the 3-court indoor hall during daylight hours.

Please be fair: If you cannot play, cancel your booking in good time so that other members can use the court.

The 2026 outdoor season runs from early April to mid-October. The decisive factor is the published court availability and daylight hours in force at the time.
