Here you will find everything you need to book our tennis courts and indoor halls in Berlin. You can use the 3-court indoor hall all year round. In winter, we set up the air dome over outdoor courts 1 and 2, so two clay courts remain available.

eBuSy Account and How to Book
All courts, meaning the outdoor courts, the 3-court indoor hall and the air dome, are booked via one shared booking module in eBuSy. Setting up an account only takes a few minutes.
How to set up your account
- Register: Go to treptower-teufel.ebusy.de and click “Register” in the top right corner.
- Create your account: Follow the steps in the registration form. Your account starts as a guest account.
- Member activation: If you are a member, please send us a short email after registering at kontakt@treptower-teufel.de. We will then activate your account as a member.
How to book a court
- Log in to eBuSy and open the booking module.
- Select a court and a free slot.
- Choose the duration and, if required, enter a playing partner. What applies in summer and winter is explained under Booking Rules.
- Pay for and confirm your booking.

The outdoor season usually runs from early April to mid-October, depending on the weather until the first frost. The published court availability is decisive.

All prices apply per court and hour. Payment is currently only possible via PayPal.

The winter prices reflect the current planning status and may still change before the season begins. In winter, Member + Guest is charged at the member rate.
Who Can Book When?
In summer, the key distinction is prime time. It applies to the outdoor courts and the 3-court indoor hall.

In summer, guest bookings are therefore only possible outside prime time. There is no prime time in winter: guests can then book at any time. Shorter advance booking windows apply to bookings with guests, see Booking Rules.

Booking Rules
The booking rules are designed to ensure that as many members as possible get fair access to courts. Different rules apply in summer and winter.

Additionally in summer
- Booking limits: a maximum of one booking per day, 4 active bookings and 3 open prime-time bookings. These limits also apply to your playing partner.
- Gap to existing bookings: either 0 minutes or at least 1 hour.
- Only one court per person: At the same time, only one court can be booked per person.
Additionally in winter
The terms of use for the indoor halls (in German) apply.
Cancellation
- Summer: possible at any time, the amount remains as credit.
- Winter: up to 2 days before, the full amount as credit; up to 1 day before, 50 % as credit. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Technical problem (access or lighting): If a valid booking cannot be used for technical reasons, we will refund the booking fee.
Please be fair: If you cannot play, cancel your booking in good time so that other members can use the court.
Access and Rules in the Indoor Halls
3-Court Indoor Hall
With every booking, you receive an email from eBuSy with a 5-digit booking code.
- The code is valid from 15 minutes before the start until 15 minutes after the end of your booking.
- Enter the code on the touchpad next to the hall door, then you can open the door.
- Share the code with your playing partners if needed.
- Shoes: non-marking only, with completely clean all-court or smooth soles.
- Balls: clean balls only that have not been used on clay before. Clean loan balls are available in the entrance area.
- Surface: please treat it with care and report any damage immediately.
Air Dome
- Access: via the revolving door, no code is required.
- Court care: sweep the courts and clean the lines after playing.
Free Court, Free Play
If courts are free and not booked, members may use them at any time, regardless of the booking rules. The decisive factor is always that the court is not reserved or otherwise blocked. If a court cannot be booked in the calendar, it is not available for play on site either.
Booking Forfeiture
The right to a booked court expires if no one has arrived on court 10 minutes after the start of the booking. In that case, the court may be used by other members without a booking. This rule also applies in the 3-court indoor hall during daylight hours.
