Our tennis halls

Our club has two halls – an air dome in winter with two clay courts and a permanent hall year-round with three hard courts.

Permanent hall

• Courts: 3
• Surface: Hard court
• Playable year-round

Air dome

• Courts: 2
• Surface: Clay court
• Playable from early October to early April

Cost of a tennis hour in our halls

In the winter season 25/26, members pay the same price in both halls: 26 euros per hour during peak time (weekdays 4 PM to 10 PM), 22 euros during off-peak times. Guests pay 29 or 24 euros per hour in the air dome and 36 or 32 euros per hour in the permanent hall.

Payment for courts is currently only possible via PayPal.

The club reserves the right to adjust these prices during the winter season.

How to book our tennis courts

To book courts in one of the halls, you need an eBuSy account. Here’s how to create one:

• Simply go to this page: treptower-teufel.ebusy.de
• Click on “Register” in the top right corner and create your eBuSy account
• Each account is initially automatically activated as a guest account and can be used to make guest bookings
• If you are a member of the Treptower Teufel Tennis Club e.V., please send us a brief email to kontakt@treptower-teufel.de after setting up your account – We will then activate your account as a member account (outdoor court bookings are free for members)

How to book a court in one of our tennis halls

Once you’re logged into eBuSy, you can book an indoor court with us as follows:

• Go to the page: treptower-teufel.ebusy.de
• Log in at the top right via “Login”
• Select the Indoor courts module
• Click on a free slot in the booking calendar
• You can book a court for any length of time, but at least 60 minutes
• Unlike outdoor court bookings, selecting a playing partner is not necessary

Access to our indoor courts

For bookings in the permanent hard court hall

For every booking you receive an email from eBuSy containing a 5-digit booking code.

• Enter this code on the touchpad next to the hall door.
• You can then open the door.
• The code is valid from 15 minutes before the start until 15 minutes after the end of your booking.

If necessary, please share the code with your hitting partners.

For bookings in the air dome

The air dome can be accessed without any booking code through the revolving door.

Booking as a guest

Guests can also book in our hall at any time, but they pay a slightly higher price than members.

Rules of play in the halls

Play in the permanent hall only with absolutely clean all-court shoes

Handle the surface with care

A penalty of up to 10,000 euros must be paid in case of damage

General booking rules in our halls

We have only a few booking rules for our indoor courts.

• Payment only via PayPal: At the moment, individual bookings in our halls must be paid for with PayPal.
• Booking duration minimum 60 minutes: A booking must be at least 60 minutes long. There is no upper limit.
• Minimum gap from previous booking: There must be a gap of at least one hour between two bookings – unless they take place directly one after the other (0 minutes gap is also allowed).
• Minimum gap to following booking: The gap to the following slot must also be at least one hour – or directly consecutive.
• Full cancellation maximum 2 days in advance: If a booking is cancelled up to 2 days before the start of play, the full amount will be credited to eBuSy as credit and can be used for further bookings. If cancelled up to one day before the start of play, half the amount will be refunded. Later cancellation is not possible.
