Our Halls
Our club has two types of indoor facilities: the 3-court indoor hall as the standard all-year option, and the air dome as an additional winter-only option.

Summer vs. Winter
Depending on the season, available halls, booking path, rules and prices differ.
Summer 2026
- In summer, only the 3-court indoor hall is available.
- Summer 2026 starts on 11 April 2026.
- In summer, the 3-court indoor hall is booked via the outdoor court module.
- In summer, the same general booking rules apply as on Booking of Outdoor Courts and 3-Court Indoor Hall.
- For summer bookings, a playing partner must be entered.
Winter 2026/27
- In winter, both the 3-court indoor hall and the air dome are available.
- In winter, indoor court bookings are made via the indoor court module.
- In winter, separate indoor hall prices, booking windows and cancellation rules apply.
- In winter, no playing partner is required for indoor bookings.
Summer 2026 Prices
In summer 2026, only the 3-court indoor hall is available. All prices apply per hour per court.

Winter 2026/27 Prices
In winter 2026/27, both the 3-court indoor hall and the air dome are available. The following prices are preliminary and reflect the current planning status.

eBuSy & Booking Path
We use eBuSy for indoor court bookings. The booking path differs depending on the season.
Create an account
- Go to treptower-teufel.ebusy.de.
- Click “Register” in the top right corner and create your account.
- Your account starts as a guest account.
- If you are a member, send us a short email at kontakt@treptower-teufel.de. We will activate your account as a member.
Booking path in summer
- In summer, the 3-court indoor hall is booked via the outdoor court module.
- A playing partner must be entered.
- The same general rules apply as on /book/.
Booking path in winter
- In winter, indoor courts are booked via the indoor court module.
- In winter, no playing partner is required.
- Minimum booking time in winter: 60 minutes, longer bookings are possible.

How to Book an Indoor Court
Once you are logged into eBuSy, you can book indoor courts online مباشرة.
Summer
- Log in to eBuSy
- Open the outdoor court module
- Select a suitable slot for the 3-court indoor hall
- Choose 60 or 90 minutes
- Enter a playing partner
- Pay and confirm the booking
Winter
- Log in to eBuSy
- Open the indoor court module
- Select the hall and an available slot
- Book at least 60 minutes
- Pay and confirm the booking
Access to Our Indoor Halls
Access to the 3-Court Indoor Hall
With every booking, you receive an email from eBuSy containing a 5-digit booking code.
- The code is valid from 15 minutes before the start until 15 minutes after the end of the booking.
- Enter the code on the touchpad next to the hall door.
- You can then open the door.
You can share the code with your playing partners if needed.
Access to the Air Dome
The air dome can be entered via the revolving door. No code is required.
Rules in the Indoor Halls
3-Court Indoor Hall
- Shoes: only non-marking, absolutely clean all-court / smooth soles
- Balls: only clean balls, not previously used on clay
- Clean loan balls are available in the entrance area.
- Surface: please treat it with care. Report any damage immediately.
Air Dome
- Court care: after play, please drag the courts and clean the lines.
Booking Rules & Cancellation
The rules differ depending on the season.
Summer 2026
- Playing partner: must be entered
- Booking duration: only 60 or 90 minutes
- One booking per day: applies to you and your playing partner
- Maximum 4 active bookings: applies to you and your playing partner
- Maximum 3 open prime-time bookings: applies to you and your playing partner
- Minimum gap: to the previous and next booking either 0 minutes or at least 1 hour
- Advance booking: maximum around 8 days in advance
- With guests: maximum 4 days in advance, at weekends maximum 36 hours
- Only one court per person: at the same time, only one court can be booked per person
- Cancellation: possible at any time; the amount remains as credit

Winter 2026/27
- Payment: currently only via PayPal
- Playing partner: not required
- Minimum booking: 60 minutes, longer bookings are possible
- Booking window: members up to 10 days in advance, guests up to 5 days in advance
- Cancellation up to 2 days before: full amount as credit
- Cancellation up to 1 day before: 50% credit
- After that: cancellation no longer possible
Technical issue (access/lights): If a valid booking cannot be used for technical reasons, we will refund the booking fee.

Summer: yes. Winter: no.
Can I book as a guest?
Yes. Guests can book indoor courts. In summer, the rules from /book/ apply; in winter, the indoor hall rates on this page apply.
How is Member + Guest charged?
Summer: a separate mixed rate depending on daylight hours. Winter: member rate.
Which shoes and balls are allowed in the 3-court indoor hall?
- Shoes: only non-marking, absolutely clean all-court / smooth soles
- Balls: clean, not previously used on clay
Do I need to drag or clean the courts after playing?
Only in the air dome. Not on hardcourt.
What happens if there is a problem with access or lighting?
If a valid booking cannot be used because of a technical problem, we will refund the booking fee.
