You can book tennis courts with us through the eBuSy booking system. Here we explain how it works.
How to set up your account for booking tennis courts
To book courts (whether outdoor or indoor) you need an eBuSy account. Here’s how to create one:

- Simply go to this page: treptower-teufel.ebusy.de
- Click on “Register” in the top right corner and create your eBuSy account
- Each account is initially automatically activated as a guest account and can be used to make guest bookings
- If you are a member of the Treptower Teufel Tennis Club e.V., please send us a brief email to kontakt@treptower-teufel.de after setting up your account – We will then activate your account as a member account (outdoor court bookings are free for members)
How to book a tennis court
Once you’re logged into eBuSy, you can book an outdoor tennis court with us as follows:

- Go to the page: treptower-teufel.ebusy.de
- Log in at the top right via “Login”
- Select the outdoor courts module
- Click on a free slot in the booking calendar
- You can book for 60 or 90 minutes
- Select a playing partner (type the first letters of their name to select) – The playing partner will be notified by email
- It is necessary to specify a playing partner (you cannot select yourself as a playing partner)
- Book your tennis court even at short notice – online reservations are possible at any time
Important: To book an outdoor court with us free of charge, both you and your playing partner must be members with us and activated as members in eBuSy.
Booking with guest players
As a member of Treptower Teufel, you can play during the day with friends who are not members of the club:
- Simply select a guest player as your playing partner when booking
- Guest player bookings are possible on weekends and on weekdays until 5 PM (and again from 8 PM onwards)
- The court rental fee with guest players is €15 per hour
- The guest player does not need their own eBuSy account if you book as a member

General booking rules
We have two booking time periods:
- Prime time
- Mon – Thu: 5 PM to 8 PM
- Fri: 5 PM to 7 PM
- Off-peak time
- All other times
We have some booking rules for our outdoor courts. These are designed to ensure that as many of our members as possible can use the facility during prime time. These are our booking rules:

- Court booking only for members during prime time: Only members can play during prime time.
- Maximum one booking per day: Each player may have a maximum of one booking per day – regardless of whether as main booker or playing partner.
- Maximum 4 active bookings per person: No more than four active bookings may exist simultaneously (including future appointments).
- Maximum 3 active prime time bookings per person: No more than three active prime time bookings may exist simultaneously per player (including future appointments).
- Booking duration only 60 or 90 minutes: Only slots of 60 or 90 minutes can be booked.
- Minimum gap from previous booking: There must be a gap of at least one hour between two bookings – unless they take place directly one after the other (0 minutes gap is also allowed).
- Minimum gap to following booking: The gap to the following slot must also be at least one hour – or directly consecutive.
- Maximum 8 days advance booking: Bookings are possible a maximum of approximately 8 days in advance.
- Guest bookings maximum 2 days in advance: To ensure that members have priority in bookings, guests can only book 2 days in advance.
Free court, free play

Members are permitted to play on non-booked courts at any time, regardless of the booking rules. Particularly during the day, several courts are often free and not booked. These courts can be played on without making a booking.
Booking forfeiture
Members’ right to play on a booked court expires if no player is on the court 10 minutes after the booking start time. In this case, the court can be used by other members without a booking.
We ask our members to honor their bookings, especially during prime time, or to cancel them at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you’re taking away the opportunity for other members to play on the courts.
If members repeatedly let bookings lapse, the club reserves the right to restrict the booking rights of these members.
