Season Opening 2026 · Sunday, April 19 · 10 am to 2 pm · on the outdoor courts
Finally back outside: to mark the start of the new outdoor season, we warmly invite you to our season-opening mixer tournament on April 19. From 10 am to 2 pm, we want to kick off the clay-court season together with lots of short matches, changing doubles pairings and a morning where the social side matters just as much as the competitive one.
Junior and adult members who can already keep a rally going are welcome to join. You do not need to bring a fixed doubles partner. In fact, the constant mixing and switching is very much part of the format and what makes it fun.
How it works
We will play mixed-up doubles in fairly short rounds. After each round, pairings will be reshuffled at random, including doubles partners. That way, you get to share the court with lots of different people and the whole morning stays lively.
Every win counts equally. At the end, the player with the most wins takes home glory, honour and the title of Treptower Teufel Opening Champion 2026.
