Deadlines under the Articles of Association:
Motions for inclusion on the agenda may be submitted to the Board in writing, together with reasons, no later than Friday, 20 March 2026.
Motions of urgency may be submitted to the Board in writing, together with reasons, no later than Friday, 10 April 2026. Such motions are admissible only if it can be demonstrated that they could not have been submitted in time and if they are of such importance to the club that they must still be added to the agenda. Motions to amend the Articles of Association cannot be submitted as motions of urgency.
